River City's COvid-19 procedures

The health and safety of our students, staff, and their families, are of top priority here at River City. We've consulted the Virginia Department of Health, several physicians, and infectious disease experts to develop our COVID-19 policies. We want River City to be the safest place your family visits all week!

• DUE TO THE CONSTANT CHANGES OF CASES THIS GUIDELINES MAY FREQUENTLY SHIFT.
• WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING STUDENTS & FAMILY INTO THE BUILDING. PLEASE NO MORE THEN 10 MINS EARLY.
•  IF YOUE ARE LATE PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO AND WE WILL GREET YOU AT THE DOOR. (804 ) 323-1330. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.  
• Traffic flow in the lobby is controlled to maintain a low building occupancy and social distancing.
• Students are welcomed into the building 10mins prior to the start of class. 
• Students are to use the provided hand sanitizer when they enter the building. 
• Families are to self-monitor their families symptoms. Any student with a fever or possible symptoms should stay at home and take class through "River City's Online Portal". (access through your portal )
• MASK: Mask are optional and is a family decision. We respect and will up hold any families choices.
• Mask are optional for staff as well.
• If there are any students with medical. issues that required them to be mask-less during physical activity please notify our director. 
• Dancers and staff maintain social distancing.
• Dance floors, barres, cubbies, and props are cleaned and sanitized frequently.
• NON Vaccinated Dancers who travel outside of the state are required to take class from home via "River City's Online Portal"  for 7 days after their return.
• Students that are vaccinated will not be required to quarantine. 
• Dancers who have any symptoms are required to take class from home via "River City's Online Portal "  for at least 3 days after they are symptom-free.
• Online class is ALWAYS available for any student for any reason. Each class is available on "River City's Online Portal" .
